Seemingly fun and playful, but serious as a heart attack, Walter delivers on “Silence Is Contagious”. Dada-like vocal cut-ups rearranged, distorted, stretched and fused into what feels like three distinct art installations. I feel like I’m going to be enigmatically sifting through the layers of vocal arrangements here for a long time. 10/10
